Refund and Returns Policy
Exchange Policy – 7 Days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Exchange Conditions:
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
* All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
* The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup marks.
* Exchanges apply to size or color changes, or replacing the product with another item of equal value.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
* Leggings
* Shorts
* Items marked as final sale or clearance
Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Shipping:
* Exchange shipping fees may apply.
* For defective or incorrect items, we cover the shipping cost.
Note:
Refunds are not available for orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia. All international orders are final and non-refundable.

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
